My name is Trish Birch and first I want thank you for taking the time to visit my page.

 

In addition to providing a safe supportive therapeutic environment, I offer a range of evidence-based techniques and interventions tailored to your specific concerns and goals. Whether you're seeking support for managing anxiety, depression, relationship issues and more I'm here to help. Through our sessions, we'll explore effective coping strategies, develop insight into patterns of thinking and behavior, and foster skills to enhance your overall emotional well-being. My goal is to empower you with the tools and resources you need to navigate life's challenges with greater confidence and resilience. Together, we'll embark on a journey of growth as you work towards achieving a more fulfilling and balanced life.

Sessions

I offer can both online and face to face counselling starting with a free 15 min initial consultation.

 

Adult: £50 per session of 50 minutes.

Couples: £60 per session of 50 minutes.
